Ink Production Line
The ink production line is a complete system that connects all key stages from raw material handling to finished product filling. It integrates conveying, metering and batching, pre-dispersion, fine grinding, color adjustment, homogenization, filtration, and automated filling into a coordinated process.
Core grinding equipment such as basket mills, horizontal bead mills, or three-roll mills can be selected based on ink type and viscosity, including water-based, solvent-based, and UV inks. The system is designed as a fully enclosed production line, combining individual machines into a continuous process through modular integration. It is widely used for gravure, offset, flexographic, and screen-printing inks across packaging, publishing, decorative, and electronics applications.

Filtering & Filling System
- Flexible grinding configuration
Grinding systems can be selected based on formulation requirements, allowing control over particle size, color consistency, and impurity levels. - Enclosed production design
The system operates under enclosed conditions to reduce dust and limit solvent evaporation, supporting cleaner production environments. - Automated process control
Equipped with PLC control and automated batching systems, enabling coordinated operation from feeding to filling while reducing manual intervention. - Adaptable to different ink types
Designed to handle a range of viscosities and formulations, including water-based, solvent-based, UV, gravure, and offset inks. - Safety-focused configuration
Explosion-proof electrical systems and safety interlocks can be integrated to support operation with solvent-based materials.
Complete process integration
The production line includes all key stages:
Coordinated system control
PLC and touch screen systems manage the entire line, including auxiliary units such as platforms, cooling systems, dust collection, and cleaning systems, supporting stable and continuous operation.
