Emulsifiers

Emulsifiers are used to mix, disperse, and homogenize liquid-liquid or liquid-solid materials when a formulation needs finer droplets, smoother texture, and better stability. Through rotor-stator shear, vacuum processing, or controlled mixing structures, emulsifiers help reduce particle or droplet size, improve material uniformity, and limit separation in products such as cosmetics, creams, lotions, adhesives, coatings, pesticides, and fine chemical formulations.
