Silicone Sealant & Adhesive Production Line
-
Video

The silicone sealant and adhesive production line is designed for automated processing of high-viscosity materials such as sealants and structural adhesives. It integrates mixing, vacuum processing, discharge, and filling into a coordinated system to complete the full production flow from raw material input to finished product packaging.
The system is centered around three-shaft mixers and planetary mixers to handle dense and non-flowing materials. Functional modules such as automatic batching, vacuum defoaming, strong dispersion, hydraulic extrusion, and precision filling are combined within a closed production environment. Material containers are transferred between workstations through a track system, allowing continuous operation. The entire line is controlled through a PLC and HMI system, supporting centralized operation across all stages. It is widely used in industries such as construction, automotive, electronics, and aerospace.

Automatic filling machine
- High-viscosity processing capability
Designed to handle materials with viscosity up to 3,000,000 mPa·s, suitable for sealants and structural adhesives. - Automated material transfer system
Track-based system connects mixers, extrusion units, and cleaning stations, allowing automatic movement of material containers between process stages. - Precision filling and safety control
Equipped with weighing filling systems with accuracy within ±0.5%. Sensor-based controls prevent filling without proper positioning or container closure.
Flexible system configuration
Mixing units can be configured as single or multiple systems (500–3000 L per batch) based on production requirements, with annual capacity ranging from 300 to 10,000 tons.
Centralized control system
Uses PLC and touch screen interface for monitoring and controlling mixing speed, vacuum level, and hydraulic operations across the entire production line.
Complete process integration
The production line includes:
Integrated automation system
PLC and touch screen systems manage the entire line, including auxiliary units such as platforms, cooling systems, dust collection, and cleaning systems, supporting stable and coordinated operation.
