The PZM-L laboratory basket mill is designed for wet grinding and dispersion in laboratory testing and small-batch processing. It combines both functions in a single system, allowing materials to be dispersed and ground within one container. The grinding basket contains media such as zirconia beads, which are driven by high-speed rotation to create shear and impact forces for particle size reduction. At the same time, the dispersing disc generates circulation inside the vessel, ensuring uniform processing. This makes the equipment suitable for low to medium viscosity materials requiring fine grinding, with achievable fineness down to micron or submicron levels. It is widely used in coatings, inks, pigments, agrochemicals, and formulation development.
