Resin Reacto
Resin production requires steady temperature control and reliable mixing throughout each reaction stage. The PRK resin reactor is designed to handle these conditions, supporting controlled synthesis from initial heating to final discharge within a single system. The reactor integrates key functions such as heating, cooling, vacuum operation, condensation reflux, and mixing. Equipped with anchor or frame-type agitators and supported by precise temperature control systems, it allows stable handling of processes such as polymerization, esterification, and condensation. This makes it suitable for producing a wide range of resins, including acrylic, alkyd, epoxy, polyester, and unsaturated polyester, supporting both pilot-scale and large-scale production.
